Baseball anyone?

So it has been a while since we have posted anything. Jacoby is doing great and growing like a weed. We took him to the doctor a few weeks ago and he weighed 10 lbs. 6 oz. I am curious what he weighs now.

Today, we are going to Lincoln City with my family. So this is Jacoby's first "vacation". I can't believe how much "stuff" I had to pack for 3 days just for him. The trunk of the car is full and I still haven't put my clothes in the car. It should be a fun weekend, Johanna and Adelle are always willing to "help" with Jacoby.

I decided to take some pictures of Jacoby in his Red Sox outfit before it doesn't fit anymore. hint, hint Daddy almost time to buy a new one.

One month old!!

I can't believe that Jacoby is one month old today. He has grown so much since his birth. It is amazing to see that each day he changes just a little. He is starting to coo and smile. (No, it's not gas, you know when he does that.) Now if only he would like to sleep in his craddle at night. Hopefully soon that will change.

Today, Jacoby and I went to meet my friend, Cara and Sarah in Vancouver while she got her van worked on. It was an adventure. Jacoby decided to start screaming in Target, so I decided to take him out of his car seat carrier. Well, I didn't get very far and I realized why he was screaming. He had a blow out with his diaper. Who know that much could come out of that little guy. Thank goodness Cara and Sarah where there. It took all 3 of us to clean him up. It was amazing, after he was clean he was a happy baby again. Then we did a little shopping at the mall. I never realized how much work it was to take a baby shopping. I was tired when I got home.

Jacoby got a gift today from his Grandpa & Grandma Otter, a new set of "wheels". Yippee!! I can't wait to get outside and it for a spin. Oh, "the new wheels" is a quattro tour sport stroller. I think Jacoby will like walking around our neighborhood and getting some fresh air. Besides, I am going a little stir crazy. Thank you Grandpa & Grandma. We love our new "wheels"!!
